Vivo Dailystand Ogikubo

More of a friendly Asagaya vibe smuggled into the typically snooty Ogikubo district. Ogikubo anomaly! Bar manager is a decent-hearted, low-key lady with an endearing, almost bashful manner and the regulars were fast to engage a newcomer in conversation and fanfare. Did have a weird encounter with an impertinent Nepalese guy which was subsumed playfully by the general convivial atmosphere. Good selection of wine per glass at unbeatable prices (in Ogikubo). No tax or seat charge, so ideal for a pop-in. Can be lively any night of the week, so worth sticking your snout down this street to check out the Vivo vibes.

Nice place to grab a quick drinks and dinner. Cozy small place where you can enjoy tapas and wines at the very reasonable prices.
